About us…

Rowena Dale started her career in the Finance and Lending industry in 2020, moving back to country Victoria from Melbourne. She works with a wide range of lenders to offer a large number of loan products to her clients. Her main objective is to match borrowers with specific lenders’ loan products that best meet their needs and objectives. She is accredited as a mortgage broker through Connective Credit Services.

Jordan Collins joined the finance industry in 2025 and quickly progressed from Rowena’s assistant to becoming EFL’s second mortgage broker. She works with an extensive panel of lenders, giving her access to a wide range of loan products to suit the diverse needs of her clients. Jordan is passionate about making the finance journey as simple, stress-free, and comfortable as possible, providing personalised support every step of the way. She is an accredited mortgage broker through Connective Credit Services.

Located at Ausure Echuca, Equity Finance & Lending is affiliated with Ausure Insurance Brokers, and Wealth Architects. We pride ourselves on offering an ‘umbrella approach’ to your financial needs, where clients are offered a one stop shop experience for lending, insurance broking and financial planning.
